MiaSofia Collective Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your MiaSofia purchase. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@shopmiasofia.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before merchandise is sent back.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear, and returned with all original tags attached.

Approved returns will receive store credit only after the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items marked Final Sale, clearance items, gift cards, hosiery/intimate items, and merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags are not eligible for return. Using a promotional or launch discount code does not automatically make an item final sale unless the product is specifically marked Final Sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@shopmiasofia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Eligible returned merchandise will be issued store credit that can be used toward a new order.

All returns remain subject to applicable law.
