MiaSofia Collective Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Mainland Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more
- Express Shipping: $15.00
- Estimated express transit time: 1–2 business days
Puerto Rico Shipping
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Free-shipping promotions for U.S. mainland orders do not currently apply to Puerto Rico unless specifically stated in the promotion.
Shipping estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside MiaSofia Collective’s control may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact hello@shopmiasofia.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. You may also contact us at hello@shopmiasofia.com and we will assist where possible.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact hello@shopmiasofia.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Approved returns will be provided with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Our return address is not publicly posted.
